Each year we choose the best of the best places in Pittsburgh for Pittsburghers and out-of-towners alike to check out and see for themselves. This year was tough narrowing down the competition as Pittsburgh offers some amazing spots for food, drinks, nightlife and recreation. Pittsburgh is unique in that many people are hesitant to cross the rivers into other sections of town. Northsiders rarely venture to the South Hills. Pittsburghers in the east rarely venture to the outskirts of the west of the city and vice versa. This makes Pittsburgh the perfect city for not only the “best of” awards, but for our Pittsburgh maps, showcasing all that the great city of Pittsburgh has to offer to the locals and to the world.
