There’s nothing more American than bourbon and Jim Beam is one of my favorites. Made in the backwoods of Kentucky since 1795, Jim Beam has been a staple of American whiskey since America was just a baby.

Jim Beam recently released a very limited special edition bourbon (only 200 flint glass bottles) commemorating their many years of success. It’s an eight-year-old, 95 proof bourbon that’s sourced from the top floor rack house. However, Jim Beam 1795 is only available in one place in the world: the Heinemann Duty Free store in Frankfurt, Germany. Damn Krauts! Isn’t it enough that they have great beer? Now they want our Kentucky bourbon too? Oh well, Prost!
