Nemacolin’s 3rd Five Alarm Mountain Madness is an ICS – International Chili Society sanctioned cook-off. Participants can compete in three categories: Red Chili, Chili Verde and Salsa. Over $5,000 in cash prizes with a $2,000 prize to the 1st place Red Chili!
Nemacolin has been named a Regional Cook-off within the circuit meaning the winners qualify directly for the World’s Championship! Portion of event proceeds to benefit the Farmington Volunteer Fire Department.
