In the never before heard of town called Tonopah, Nevada, lies a motel built to steer away coulrophobics. This is the Clown Motel and it is where your nightmares come to life. For the weary traveler, finding a $30 room for the night is a hell of a good deal and believe it or not, Airbnb isn’t as popular in Tonopah, NV as you may have assumed. The sign welcoming passerbys advertises Free Internet, Truckers, Good Rates, and Pets O.K. Looking at the rest of the place though, the sign has a typo in the word rates where the t should be a p.

It is easy to assume that your experience in this hotel would mirror that of a Rob Zombie film but the Yelp reviews all seem to be favorable. The reviews are obviously from the surviving parties. Have you seen the Killer Clown Prank? Imagine if that happened to you at the Clown Motel…
